I am a licensed home baker and do not keep product on hand.  Everything I craft is custom made to order.  I do my best to accommodate last minute requests, but cannot always guarantee my availability as I book out months in advance.  Please note that any order placed prior to 14 days before event date may be subject to a $100 rush fee. Because I bake to order, I do limit the amount of orders I accept to ensure my full attention to detail for every client I serve. For this reason, a contract and a 50% non-refundable retainer is required in order to secure your date.  No order is considered placed until the retainer is received.   Final payment is due 14 days before your event date.  I will never ask you for a credit card, all invoicing is sent via Paypal or Square for client safety and security.

My cakes are priced according to the complexity of your design and the time invested in its creation, no two cakes are quite the same and requires individualized quotes each time.  Pricing can vary widely depending on flavor, add-ons, customizations, and size.  A cake might look the same on the outside, but a lot can be going on under that frosting that can make the price different each and every time.






























Price varies based on current market. Please note cut fruit garnishment is not allowed via cottage food laws and all fresh fruit must whole or must be baked in the cake.


It is your responsibility and is up to you and/or your florist to provide any fresh flowers you want on the cake.  Please be aware some greenery and flowers can be toxic if ingested, please consult with your florist to understand which is harmful and which is not.  While we will place fresh flowers on your cake if you obtain them and desire it, here at ZubCakes, we highly recommend either silk flowers or gum paste flowers.  If you opt for fresh flowers, please inquire if they can be obtained organically to limit exposure to pesticides and other chemicals that are often times not washed off. 











My tiered cakes are priced to include free delivery up to 10miles.  Each additional mile (round trip)  will be  an additional $1.00for delivery (minimum of $20).  Please be aware that I HIGHLY recommend delivery of all tiered cakes.  Once a cake leaves my possession, I am no longer liable for the cake.  Do to the sensitive nature of cakes, it is for your betterment that you let me transport the cake if it is tiered, that way you can ensure you get the product you paid for and do not end up with a cake-tastrophy we both will regret!

Any cake placed outside during an event has the possibility of melting or deforming due to the heat.  I highly recommend all cakes are served inside or not placed outside no more than 30 minutes before serving.
